The Tim Down for Kelowna City Council Campaign respects your privacy and is responsible for the personal information under its control. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the campaign may collect through this website and its campaign activities, why that information is collected, how it may be used or disclosed, how it is protected and retained, and how you may request access to or correction of your information.
The campaign handles personal information in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable legal and election-finance requirements. Submitting an inquiry or speaking request does not automatically subscribe you to campaign updates. Consent to receive campaign news or electronic communications will be requested separately and may be withdrawn at any time.
The campaign does not sell personal information. Personal information collected for campaign purposes will not be transferred to or used by Tim Down’s real estate business or another unrelated organization for commercial marketing.
